Represent yourself, your company and your product honestly. Do not impersonate people or organizations.

Listings should represent genuine businesses, products, software, projects, research, services or legitimate concepts.

Clearly distinguish prototypes and concepts from commercially available products.

Only upload materials you own or have permission to distribute.

The following are not allowed:

• Fake companies
• Fabricated credentials
• False performance claims
• Fake endorsements
• Misleading investment claims
• Phishing
• Fraudulent offers

Do not artificially inflate views, saves, messages, clicks, rankings or Featured and Trending eligibility through bots, scripts, coordinated manipulation or other abusive activity.

No harassment, threats, hateful content or targeted abuse.

Never post or distribute:

• Malware
• Malicious downloads
• Credential theft
• Security exploits
• Dangerous links
• Unlawful content

A connection through FoundersShowcase is an introduction, not an endorsement. Creators and visitors are responsible for evaluating one another.

Founders may state that they are interested in investors or capital where lawful. They must not use FoundersShowcase to misrepresent securities offerings or to evade applicable securities laws.

FoundersShowcase does not verify or endorse investments merely because they appear on the platform.

Every public Showcase includes a Report Showcase link. Reports feed the administrator moderation queue for review.

Depending on severity, we may apply:

• A warning
• Content removal
• Loss of discovery visibility
• Showcase suspension
• Account suspension
• Account closure
