FoundersShowcase Terms of Service

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account.

The standard Showcase service is offered free of charge. Creating, publishing and maintaining a standard Showcase requires no subscription and no listing fee.

Macro Tech Titan may introduce optional services in the future. Optional paid promotional or partner services, if ever offered, will not retroactively convert the standard Showcase service into a paid subscription.

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

By publishing content, you grant Macro Tech Titan a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve FoundersShowcase. This license does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property.

You represent that you hold the rights necessary to upload and publish your content.

Public Showcases may appear in search, discovery, Featured, Trending, New, category listings and search-engine results.

Link-only Showcases are intended to be reached through their direct URL and are excluded from ordinary public discovery.

A link-only URL is not equivalent to encrypted or highly confidential document storage. Do not upload trade secrets or information requiring strict confidentiality merely because a Showcase is link-only.

You may upload logos, images, screenshots, decks and other supported materials, and you must hold the appropriate rights to those materials.

Malicious files and unlawful content are prohibited.

FoundersShowcase enables visitors to contact creators. FoundersShowcase does not guarantee the identity of a visitor, the accuracy of a message, the quality of a lead, or any commercial outcome — including investment, sale, partnership, employment or funding.

You are responsible for conducting your own diligence before entering into any relationship or transaction.

You may not use FoundersShowcase for:

• Fraud
• Impersonation
• Misleading representations
• Malware or phishing
• Spam
• Illegal products or services
• Copyright infringement
• Harassment, hate or threats
• Unauthorized collection of personal information
• Attempts to bypass security
• Automated manipulation of views, saves or rankings
• Scraping in violation of platform controls
• Uploading content you do not have the right to distribute

Macro Tech Titan may review reports, remove content, limit visibility, suspend or close accounts, and take other reasonable measures to protect the platform and its users.

FoundersShowcase does not pre-screen every Showcase.

FoundersShowcase branding, software, design and platform content owned by Macro Tech Titan remain the property of Macro Tech Titan or its applicable licensors.

Content created by users remains subject to the User Content section above.

Showcases may link to third-party sites, products and services. FoundersShowcase does not control those external services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms or practices.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular results, leads, business opportunities, or the accuracy of user-submitted information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Macro Tech Titan and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data or lost goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of FoundersShowcase, whether based in contract, tort, statute or any other legal theory.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Macro Tech Titan from claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your content, your conduct, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Where required, material changes will be communicated by reasonable means and the effective date above will be revised.

You may stop using the service at any time.

Macro Tech Titan may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security issues, unlawful activity or material platform abuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
