FoundersShowcase Privacy Policy

Account information supplied through Auth0, which may include your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifier and authentication status. FoundersShowcase does not receive or store your Google password.

Creator information you choose to provide, such as bio, location, social links, website and other profile details.

Showcase information, including company or product information, descriptions, images, logos, screenshots, decks, links, offers and the needs or interests you publish.

Visitor inquiries submitted through a Showcase contact form: name, email, company, optional phone, interest and message.

Information you intentionally publish on a public Showcase is publicly accessible, including to search engines and other visitors.

Do not publish sensitive personal or confidential information in a public Showcase.

Link-only pages are excluded from ordinary discovery, but they can be accessed by anyone who has the URL. Link-only is not encrypted confidential sharing.

Information you submit through a Showcase contact form is provided to the creator of that Showcase so that they can respond to you.

FoundersShowcase uses Auth0 for authentication. Authentication providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information, including server-mediated access controls and protected storage for private files. No online service can promise absolute security.

FoundersShowcase uses first-party analytics only: views, saves, contact activity, outbound interactions and ranking activity. Activity is attributed using a one-way fingerprint rather than a readable visitor address. No third-party advertising tracking is used.

Essential and session cookies may be used for authentication, security and application functionality. Advertising cookies are not used.

Information may be shared:

• With a Showcase creator when a visitor intentionally contacts them
• With infrastructure and service providers needed to operate the service
• Where legally required
• To protect rights, safety or platform security
• During legitimate corporate transactions where legally appropriate

FoundersShowcase does not sell users' personal information as a business model.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and maintain legitimate business records.

FoundersShowcase is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations used by our service providers.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and the effective date above will be changed when it is.
